Out of total Sanctioned amount of Rs 50 ( Fifty ) Lakh, we had received Rs 49.50 Lakh (Rupees Forty Nine Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) after necessary deduction and utilized these fully with 100% utilization with total expenditure came as Rs 50,43,600/- ( Rupees Fifty Lakh Forty Three Thousand Six Hundred only) with few additional contribution from the individuals, trust and society . As the task has been completed, you are requested kindly to proceed for closure of the Project along with closure of Bank A/C.
